The orb and its ring express every moment of a conversation visibly, so a guest never wonders whose turn it is to speak.

What this build is

The visible half of the concierge.

This is Phase 2 of Avora — the front-of-house. The wake word, tap-to-talk, ring and orb states, and the live transcript that surrounds them. It runs today as a self-contained demo; Phase 4 swaps the demo timeline for Vapi voice events without changing a pixel of the interface.
